1. Scope of Services & Operational Role
FastExim operates as a trade-services coordinator and documentation advisory firm based in Mundra, Gujarat, India. Our services encompass commercial document scrutiny, trade checklist preparation, customs broker liaison, and road transport coordination.
FastExim does NOT currently hold its own Customs Broker / Custom House Agent (CHA) license. All statutory customs clearance capability, ICEGATE electronic filings (Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill), and dock representation are outsourced and executed through external, vetted partner licensed customs brokers.
2. Transport Aggregation & NVAN Logistics Relationship
FastExim operates as a transport aggregator and coordinator. FastExim does NOT own a private transport fleet. Container movement, trailer placement, and road freight are coordinated through our primary logistics relationship with NVAN Logistics and a network of verified regional transport operators.
3. Business Incorporation Status
The FastExim business/entity is currently in the process of formal incorporation. FastExim does not currently hold its own statutory registration identifiers such as GSTIN or Import Export Code (IEC). All trade activities coordinated through our platform are billed and processed in strict adherence to statutory Indian tax and trade regulations.
4. Statutory Customs Authority
Official customs decisions—including but not limited to the acceptance of declarations, valuation assessments, tariff classifications, exemption notifications, dock examinations, and final statutory release (Out of Charge [OOC] or Let Export Order [LEO])—remain the exclusive statutory jurisdiction of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India, and its designated customs officers.
FastExim does not claim, represent, or imply that it possesses independent regulatory decision-making power, government authorization, or discretionary authority over statutory port customs decisions.
5. Regulatory Dynamic Nature & Information Accuracy
Indian customs tariffs, duty schedules (BCD, SWS, IGST), notifications, and Partner Government Agency (PGA) rules are subject to frequent amendment by the Government of India.
While FastExim strives to maintain accurate and updated information, all content, articles, and checklists published on this website are educational and informational in nature. Commercial traders must verify current notifications in force on the exact date of declaration.
6. No Guaranteed Turnaround Times
Actual customs clearance durations are influenced by external factors, including vessel berthing schedules, port terminal handling speeds, shipping line Delivery Order issuance, Risk Management System (RMS) categorization, dock inspection requisitions, laboratory testing mandates, and ICEGATE portal availability. FastExim makes no warranties or guarantees regarding absolute clearance turnaround times.
